The Society's membership consists of six
categories:
(a) Donor members,
(b) Honorary members,
(c) Llife members,
(d) Annual members,
(e) Institutional members,
(f) Corporate
members,
who are interested in the economic and social progress of
agriculture and rural life. As on December 2009, there were 1627 members
comprising 39 donor members, 1020 life members and 568 institutional,
corporate, and ordinary members. The members get the Indian Journal of
Agricultural Economics of the Society free of cost and other publications
either free or at concessional rates.
